You’ve spent months (or even years!) planning the details of your wedding. When the big day finally arrives, the last thing you should be doing is answering vendor questions, watching the clock, setting up décor, tracking down missing items, or worrying about what happens next.

That’s where Limonaire Events comes in.

As your day-of wedding coordinator, I take care of the behind-the-scenes logistics so you can focus on what your wedding day is really about: celebrating, soaking in every moment, and making memories with the people you love.

From creating and managing your wedding day timeline to coordinating vendors, keeping everything on schedule, handling setup details, and troubleshooting the unexpected, I’m there to make sure your plans come together seamlessly.

Think of me as your wedding day problem-solver, timeline keeper, vendor point-person, and calm in the chaos.

Your only job on your wedding day should be to get married, celebrate, dance, laugh, and enjoy every moment. I’ll handle the rest.

Do you offer any discounts on your event packages?

We value our first responders, law enforcement, and military.

To thank them for all they do we offer a 10% discount on all event packages.

What form of payment do you accept?

Payments are accepted via Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Cash.

How can I build my A’La Carte Package?

Once you have decided what additional A’La Carte services are needed they will be added to your package!

An A’La Carte Pricing List can be provided upon request!

What if I need help with something that is not specifically listed on your A’La Carte Menu?

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! We are available to travel to surrounding states, including New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska—these are our most frequently serviced locations. We are also open to events in other states; please inquire for custom travel pricing and availability for locations outside of Colorado.

Colorado Weddings, Mountain Venues & Unpredictable Weather

Outdoor and mountain weddings are some of the most beautiful celebrations Colorado has to offer, but they can also come with one unpredictable guest: Mother Nature. While I can’t control the weather, I can help you prepare for it.

Colorado weather can change quickly, especially in the mountains. My role is to stay adaptable, communicate with you as well as vendors, venue, and guests, and create an efficient plan when the unexpected happens. Whether that means adjusting the ceremony timeline, moving activities indoors, communicating weather-related changes to vendors, or pivoting plans down to the minute, I’m there to keep your wedding day moving forward.

The goal isn’t to let unexpected weather take over your wedding day—it’s to have a plan, stay calm, and make thoughtful decisions so you can continue celebrating.
